If you want to see more of Brisbane than you ever have before, you’ll want to attend Brisbane Open House on the weekend of 12 and 13 October!
If you’re not familiar with it, Brisbane Open House is a yearly event in which dozens of the city’s buildings throw their doors open to the public for a whole weekend. It’s a great opportunity to see behind closed doors in heritage-listed buildings.
All of these are wheelchair accessible but check the full list at this link to see if your choices are. There are a lot of older buildings which may not be accessible with wheelchairs or scooters so it’s worth planning ahead. Many buildings also need to be booked in advance, so make sure you don’t miss out.
